Advice on my channel?

I really didn't know where to post this thread so I decided to post this here, sorry if it's the wrong place.

About a month ago I started my English youtube channel, I've been doing youtube for over 2 years with my Dutch channel but I wanted to reach a bigger audience so I decided to create an English one.

I'm not gonna ask for subscribers here and I'm not going to do any sub 4 sub stuff that I see people do sometimes, I'm just asking if some of you would like to check out my channel and give me some feedback on things I might do wrong, things I do right and things I can / need to improve. I know my English ain't that great yet and it has a stupid Dutch accent in it I guess, but I hope that improves over time of doing English videos.

So if some of you want to give me some feedback, I would appreciate that and I thank you all for your time.

As your dutch and to make things easy i'll answer in Dutch.

Ik heb is even gekeken en wat je kan doen is een kana trailer toevoegen om de aandacht wat te trekken en die instellen als advertenti om je kanaal te promoten via Videobeheer/Branding.
Het toevoegen van Video thumbnails geeft ze een persoonlijke tint wat van hulp kan zijn.
Je about section kan je gebruiken voor een goede uitleg van je kanaal.
Ik zag dat je twitter heb, maak daar goed gebruik van, door actief te zijn daarmee en gebruik te maken van tags krijg je sneller je kanaal onder de aandacht.
Laatste tip is upload schema. Indien mogelijk probeer dan dagelijks te uploaden.

Als afsluiter wilde ik nog even zeggen dat je een zeer toffe banner heb
