Solved Advertising & Milestones

I had recently gotten a warning for advertising even though the only linked thing was the video about my milestone and the challenge I'll be doing once the milestone's reached. So the warning made me wonder about the rules. I checked the rules and there's no mention about what happens if the Milestone topic and the media happens to go hand-and-hand? Like in my video I was only thanking my viewers/subscribers and then talked about the challenge I'll be doing once the milestone is reached. And in my Milestone topic, I had mentioned that I talked about it in the video alot better then I could while typing and then added the media. So I don't understand how that would be given a warning since it's about the Milestone. The topic was even taken down without any space for editing or anything.

QUESTIONS:
1 - What do I do if the Milestone and the media are connected?
2 - Why would it be bad to have media about a milestone if that is literally all it's about?
3 - Why would my forum topic be taken down without even a chance to edit anything?

The Milestone section also has it's own additional rules which need to be followed for that section, again I will link this below and quote the specific section

I am sure you can understand that with these rules in place, your post went against them and so the specified actions were taken.

The PM you would have received also stated what action to take (to contact an administrator) should you disagree with the decision. So in the future it would be best to follow that advice
