I have some problems with my videos because I need to make file small because of small upload size (0.5 Mbps)
In Adobe Premiere I use H.264 (Match Source - Medium Bitrate) and than I increase bitrate until my video size is about 2 GB.
After my video is done its quaility is not very good.
Do you guys have some tips for me?
I record with Action! (I cannot use MP4 Nvidia because my graphic card doesn't support that, so than I record in AVI) and yea I use Handbrake to compress the 2 GB file a little bit. (to like 1 GB)
