Escalated to Support Account closed?

Yes so I used freedom when you guys first came out but have been inactive for a year. When I finally got a little time i went to log into my account to link my new youtube channels once again and all that stuff however, when i went to the login it said I had to create a new account any reason why? To add to that when I was going to make a new account it said my old account user name was still taken and my affiliate link still worked so any help would be awesome. Thanks

I'm not sure there is any error other than my name is still in use. Whats happening is long ago id click the login option to use my gmail account and it would load up my dash board now when i do that it takes me right to create a new account screen. Im not trying to make a whole new one id like my old account and name if possible.

This is a problem that has been going around lately and has happened to me recently. This is because if maintinence and a new partner system. If it isn't fixed in the coming days please open a ticket at support.tm and get back to us with the ticket number. Thanks. :)

3-4 days, however if you need your dashboard urgently don't hesitate to open a ticket right now. Just know that this issue has been affecting many if not all partners.

This is what I was told my the support staff:

Thank you for contacting Freedom!. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty and issues logging in to the Freedom! dashboard. This is a known issue that partners are unable to log in to their dashboard. We are aware of it and we have taken proper steps in resolving this matter. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. We ask for your patience as we are doing everything that we can in resolving this as quickly as possible.

Rest assured that your information are in tact. There are just some system updates that’s why you’re unable to log in as of the moment. You may try to log in at a later time.

Hi @Banthozar, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I strongly suggest you create a ticket on our Support page so that you can be assisted. At first glance, what I'm thinking is you're logging in using the incorrect Google ID but I don't want to jump to conclusions just yet. It's better for us Support team to assist you so that we can verify other information as well. Looking forward to your ticket so that your issue will be resolved.
