If I give people a download link can it go the the done load file but with ads around the download file?

Also can I make it so that people have to subscribe to me to acces my downloads on my own website?

Please tell me if this actions will violate the rules

dont use adfly on youtube des page u can make, more money on youtube compare with that by using these kinds of links you will loose some subs, i dont suggest use them and never put adfly links directly on youtube des its against yt tos, u have to use google short url website called goo.gl to put any link ! thats good for channel !
