I did have 100 subscribers but then deleted my self subs lol and went down to 76 and in 3 days I went back upto 100 *(NO SELF SUBS)* and now back down to 86... Any help would be appreciated how to break past the hundreds.

Always best to have a channel without any self subs as not only is that going against the terms of service for YouTube but basically doesn't help your channel. As for your milestone of 86 subscribers congratulations on getting there and fingers crossed that this can continue to grow while you are with the Freedom family.
As a side note (Only because so many people are doing this recently) please note that the milestone and achievement section is meant to be used once you have hit a particular milestone (a celebration of achieving it) and not meant to be used to outline you next goals or to gather / help other users to help you reach that as outlined by the thread rules : -
