    As long as there is no down time and quiet, stale, boring pieces. Make it four hours if you want. I would recommend 7-40 minutes though. Not every video needs to be an hour long, short and sweet gets the job done just as well.

    For 5-20 minute video, I spend about an hour to two depending on how many affects I want to add in. I have years experience with Sony Vegas aswell.
