how do i know when a company is legitimate? Seeing as how I could find nothing connecting this company to telltale.

I got a false claim on one of my videos by a company not associated with the video game I uploaded. Its got a really generic company name. How do I contest this? I don't see an option to contest a claim on the basis the company does not own the content they claim too.
