I already told exact answer. They (=Freedom) get data from YT at the end of each month (as far as i know but they get data later this is absolutely right) and values are of course same with YT (i mean earnings before deduction as an example)

@To withdraw your money from paypal you need a US Bank account No you don't need an US bank account it works with almost all banks and you can also use your Paypal balance to shop online. BTW i'm very pleased with Paypal but of course they can add some additional payment methods too.

If i got you right you can check it out on YT Analytics page (actually this is the only way) too, personally i don't know because i have referrals and i don't know how much they earn now (for January of course it is not available on dashboard yet)
