    Solved Application Glitch?

    I tried to partner my new channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGQHKv-aKGKHXopPnpvrgjA but when I went to apply it would take me through steps 1 and 2 but then it glitches and goes back to step 1 when it should be taking me to step 3 and it just kept doing that. Now when I try to apply it...
