Hi, I want to join freedom network but at the moment I got only 1 video uploaded on my youtube channel, I was wondering what is the minimum amount of videos that need to be present on a youtube channel to get review by freedom network in order to join the partnership?

I'm currently youtube partner (mini-partner something like that..) and I would like become a freedom partner, is this possible? Or youtube is gonna make me pay some penalty?
