    Yes, generally if YouTube pays then Freedom pays you. If your account gets terminated because of copyrighted content payment may be withheld though.

    Videos that are copyright will get claimed by the original content and also your channel will get removed from the network if there are multiple instances. Recently quite a lot channels were removed because of this.
