I understand watermarks on free GFX but paid GFX should not have watermarks on it (unless it's really, really cheap). I won't call myself a GFX artist but I made my own logo and it did take a lot of time so when you do it for free it kind of helps to get some self-promotion for the effort but...

Advertising your channel is a great way to gain exposure, you're doing it hear but it's completely inappropriate! Make sure you advertise to people/channels that are actually interested in you and your content. Just a little tip :)

I can relate, I've been doing YouTube for a year and 2 or 3 months ago I just started to get exposure. I don't know how it works, people talk about SEO but to me it's just plain luck. If you start to get bored or stale, just try new things. I'm starting to put a face cam on my let's plays :)

I don't know either. I can't really say anything else :P I think it's because it brings your sub count higher, that's it. It's for small, naive channels that care about numbers, quantity over quality. It's useless anyway and inexcusable in my opinion.

I use a lot of Google images in my videos and thumbnails, I've never had a copyright problem with it.

Actually, the fact that views go down is because of subscriber growth. If you are getting 5 subs per month and you have 300 subs, I will doubt earlier subscribers will continue to watch your content even if they were from a genuine sub. If you are not growing fast enough, then your views will go...
