well let me give you some tips: first of all start using your youtube home dashboard. because it sayd you don't have any content.. and also make a channel trailer and start using thumbnails. that's it where you can start with. and then the views and subs wil come back ;)

no that's impossible. except when you changed your youtube channel name then yes. but even then you only can change it into the name you have now. but that's it.
