    I lost alot of weight doing the treadmill just work on different times for each equipment you use. Another big thing buy a treadmill too theres good prices for $400-500 and they good machines just look on ebay.

    You just need to try too upload a video at least a week. Also make sure you have a catchy thumbnail that will get people to check your stuff out thats my advise it helps me alot good luck.
