I've decided to try a different approach to the YouTube community than most YouTubers out there, I try to offer more ways to interact with them and show them that I care.
One thing I do is all my videos start out as a live stream on Twitch.tv, I do this to try to allow the community to interact with me and influence my videos.
Another thing I do is if you follow me on Twitter or Facebook, I grant you access to ALL my videos, one day early to reward those who actually want to motivate me and show their support.
