Hey man, template for an intro works better for me cause I don't have to worry about it, outro with thumbnails is better so people come back to videos on your channel like free advertising almost :) Subscribers watch longer videos so occasional ones wont do you any harm :)

Your videos are quality mate, just clever, funny etc :D you have to keep up that intensity cause what I did was edit some videos than not others as a mistake, maybe I would suggest an intro and outro? not a huge thing, for example I haven't seen KSI with a video and never hurt him :) obviously...
