    Are you sure you uploaded it correctly and didn't disturb it? You also might have been using the wrong account (Yes, that happens). If it doesn't show up after a few minutes then reupload the video.

    Did you wait 15 minutes with it unlisted? That could be the problem. It should take a few minutes for it to be normal.
