Never mind. I was able to get it. A friend of mine passed by and saw what I was doing.

I accepted the YPP for my main channel. I've since added two channels but they are both listed as not in the YPP. I tried to follow the drections: log into Freedom!, log into Youtube, click the Youtube logo and it brings up the YPP agreement. But it isn't there. I also tried to open a ticket...
