    Solved it been 3 months and i am still not partnerd

    I have had this same Problem, I have been waiting for about 1 month and now It keeps saying "Review Queue Place: 1000+". I was about to post the same thing, Thank you for making me sure I am not crazy :P, Anyway Hope the best of luck to you kind sir, I hope everything works out for you :)
