Good afternoon, I wanted to ask if in freedom, it is possible to upload videos of gtav, csgo, overwach, clash royal, without giving me a penalty or strick, and monetize without any problem....

Depends on how your using the videos, if your not editing them and just uploading raw footage, then more than likely your going to get a strike at some point. You have always got to be careful on the terms of use outlined by the game company, most of the time whether or not you can use their footage / monetise it is outlined on their website - though you could always contact them to get a definitive answer. Also it doesn't help to be aware of whats deemed as "fair use" of the material

Gta V - you can upload. Just note that you will HAVE to turn off the radio in cars because it's copyrighted music.
CS:GO - Valve is pretty okay with it and you shouldn't get any issues
Overwach - You will be fine.
Clash Royale - I have seen people get issues from Supercell there though I do not know about the details.
