It depends on where people view your videos from. More often, people don't go forward to finding channels unless it's relevant to their interests. Customer acquisition is something everyone has an issue with early on.
Subscribers are not indicative of success on the YouTube platform.
It's also important to stress that nothing you can do (other than asking them to subscribe at the end of the video) will let the subscriber count gain legitimately.
It also appears that the majority of your views are coming from one video which is not related to the rest of your channel.
With so many many views for so few subs you should add to your videos that people should sub to your channel to stay in alert to your channel and your next videos!
If that's the problem a solution could be to start some sort of series. If you start a series and people want to know when the next part comes out people will subscribe so they are notified. If you do something like that though make sure you can keep up with the series.
