Several reasons. A big one for me personally is that I have to wait even longer now to get the help from a network. Seeing how I've been doing this for over 4 years and still haven't reached the previous requirement of 10k views yet, getting to these new ones will take forever.

Money is not the only thing that comes with this. With monetization, you could join a network, which can provide support for your channel. I was just 900 views away from being able to join Freedom or some other network, but now I need 800 more subscribers! Right now I only have 210 after 4...

Like I said, I don't have any specific requirements, etc. All I want is an outro background in a similar style to my banner, the rest is up to you.

However in my channel's case my videos with more competition mainly do better than my less competitive videos. It's just another example of how broken and all over the place on my channel for some reason.

I sadly only have 210 subscribers and 9k views, however I've been doing it for 4 years so I'm hoping the breakthrough will come soon.
