Don't use Sony AVC to render, just use "Internet 1080p", it'll pop out using almost identical settings to the compression that YouTube uses.

I would actually request rather largely that you add some form of English CC to expand to that audience. Simply for the given that many of Google's services including YouTube isn't allowed in Mainland China where most of the speakers of the language reside.

Oddly enough I once boosted a post on Facebook and they never ended up charging me for it... It was only like $1 though. From my experience with that, you'll probably get about 10-20 actions per 1000 views of the boosted post.
